THE ARRIVAL is a brand-new Christmas Spectacular in development from the creators of THE THORN. This high-concept arena experience combines aerial, circus, dance and stunt performance to retell the classic Bethlehem Christmas story with big thrills and big of emotion.
The creative team is seeking ENSEMBLE DANCERS (Male & Female) for a paid pre-production choreography workshop in NYC. Open to performers of all ethnicities.
Seeking highly versatile dancers with strong technical foundations and dynamic performance quality. Applicants should be proficient in contemporary dance, with versatility in jazz and classical movement. Performers should be expressive storytellers who enjoy embodying a wide range of characters and movement qualities. Tap is considered a valuable additional skill but is not required for all ensemble tracks.
This workshop will develop movement vocabulary, choreography, and character work for the production. Dancers should be collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable contributing to the creative process in a professional rehearsal environment.
Local NYC hires only. Performers must be based in the NYC area or able to work as local hires. No housing or travel accommodations will be provided.
